Ariel Winter

Ariel Winter, born Ariel Winter Workman (Janurary 28th, 1998) in Los Angeles California is an American actress, singer, and voice-actor. Ariel was six when she started acting in commercials in the commercials for Cool Whip. Her first appearance on television was on an Episode of the CBS show Listen Up! at the age of 7. Then she followed it up with appearances on shows such as Monk Bones and ER. In 2007 was cast in the character of Gretchen for her role on the Disney Original Channel animated series Phineas and Ferb. In 2007 she was cast as her first live-action character in the role of Alex Dunphy, on the popular television series Modern Family. She along together with the Modern Family cast have won the Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding performance by an Ensemble on the field of Comedy Series four times. Ariel has continued to voice over work on films such as ParaNorman Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs and Scooby-Doo! Stage Fright. Ariel holds a purple-colored belt in Taekwondo. She is the younger sister of actor Shanelle Workman as well as Jimmy Workman. She's also a vocalist who has her own band WickedSweet. She is also involved in environmental groups that work to encourage an eco-friendly lifestyle. She filed for guardianship in behalf of her younger sister. She claimed that they had physically and mentally abused Ariel. Shanelle was appointed Ariel as her guardian permanent in 2014. In 2015 Ariel had a romance to Laurent Claude Gaudette.
