Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete as well as an IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. In the wake of quitting her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. She was awarded her Professional Card just one year later at the age of 17. In 2015 she re-entered the stage, and took part in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for several years after her first show, setting more ambitious targets for herself every year. In 2009, she had been awarded four fitness awards. In 2009, she was her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged only 17). Ariel had to compete against some of the most skilled athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel loves working out her lower back. The typical back workout for Ariel consists of single-arm lat pulldowns and pullups using a machine, as well as bent-over rows.
