Brie Larson

Brianne Sidonie desaulniers, born October 1 1989 was an American actress. At the age of 15 she was well-known for her supporting roles in comedy films. She has since gone on to play leading roles in blockbuster movies and independent films. Larson is the recipient of several awards that include an Academy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Primetime Emmy Award. Time magazine named her one of the 100 most influential people on the planet in 2019.At age 6, Larson was the youngest pupil admitted to a specialized course at the American Conservatory Theater, and she started her career as an actor in 1998 when she appeared on a sketch comedy show on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. In 2001, she was an actor on Raising Dad. She also briefly considered pursuing a career in music with the release of the album titled Finally Out Of P.E. in 2005. Larson has since played supporting roles in the comedy films Hoot (2006) and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) and 21 Jump Street (2012) and also appeared as a sardonic teenager on the tv series United States of Tara (2009-2011).Her breakthrough was when she landed a lead part in the acclaimed independent drama Short Term 12 (2013), and she continued to take on supporting parts in the romantic drama The Spectacular Now (2013) and the comedy Trainwreck (2015). In the role of a kidnapping victim in the dramatic Room (2015), Larson received the Academy Award for Best Actress. Following the 2017 adventure film Kong. Skull Island, Larson was the first major-budget film to be released. In the year 2019, she portrayed Captain Marvel in Marvel Cinematic Universe.
